I see her every day at the gym, she constantly catches me looking at her and I catch her eyes staring at me too. I want to go up to talk with her, but I don’t’ know what to say, What would be a good way for a guy to go up to a girl at the gym?

I think the only thing you really can do is just confront her and introduce yourself etcc. Show a bit of courage and she’ll be keen I think. :)
